Delivery service Dostavista is looking for Head of SMB channel, whose main focus will be on grow of SMB channel via massive customers acquisition and retention.
The outcomes are:
- Achive at least 30% convertion in telesales
- Manage and lead smb channel: telesales (acquisition) and customers success (retention)
- Be accountable for channel p&l and growth. Participate in company budget cycle and present team budget
- Set targets for the team: converted leads into customers, number of new customers, number of deliveries from new customers / 0 lost customers and % of MoM growth in active customer base
- Build processes in the team, between telesales and customer success managers
- Ensure the team uses CRM on a daily base following the company rules and implement company global standards on the country level
- Research potential source of leads: marketing, business directories, web searches or digital resources
- Prepare team reporting about results and prepare action plan to improve
- Build scripts in telesales channel to improve convertion
Competencies that matter:
- 3+ years of work in Sales
- 2+ years of people management of at least 20 people
- Understanding RU delivery market and its trends
- Knowledge of p&l
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality with a proven ability to get things done in high quality
- Ability to work well with others to achieve results in fast-paced dynamic environment
- English proficiency is a must
