Paysend is a FinTech company on a mission to change the way that people manage their money on a global scale. PaySend is looking for a Head of Security function.
Responsibilities:
Information security department management
Organisation of ensuring the security of the payment infrastructure, the company’s product development processes, and user workstations (including remote ones)
Organisation of PCI DSS audits (including for companies outside the Russian Federation), 382-P, 152-FZ
Organisation of the Security Operation Center
Organisation of work to keep the regulatory framework in the field of information security up to date
Analysis and management of information security risks
Information security incidents investigation
Experience:
3 years experience as the head / deputy head of the information security department in a bank or payment service
English language at least at the upper intermediate level
Experience in ensuring the security of application development
Experience in passing PCI DSS audits, 382-P, 152-FZ. The experience of passing SOC-2, ISO-2700* will be an advantage
Experience in organising work to protect remote workplaces
Experience in implementing SIEM and SOC will be a very big advantage
Experience in organising the protection of services in the cloud environment (Azure, AWS).
