We are looking for a LEADER who can: remain a strategist, see the “big picture”, take into account the context and many variables (external factors, stakeholders, risks, resources, opportunities):

Main tasks:

  • Development and implementation of sales plans;
  • Search, negotiation and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • Operational control, planning, manage of sales team;
  • Develop the competencies of sales staff to implement our ambitious plans;
  • Supervision of tasks related to analytics and refinement of the product and processes;
  • Take an active part in exhibitions and industry events.

 

Requirements:

  • The ability to form a team, build an effective system of employee motivation;
  • Over 6 years of manage experience in sales management in an international company;
  • Experience in consulting and IT;
  • The ability to find / see new opportunities for the financial growth of the company;
  • Experience working with large customers (Russia, USA, Asia);
  • Skills of persuasion, perseverance, charisma, ability to think strategically, honestly;
  • High level of responsibility, focus on results;
  • English in fluent (level C1, C2).
