В школу актуальных профессий TEHNIKUM требуется Head of Sales.

 

TEHNIKUM is the school of modern professions. Company trains people in digital and IT professions. Gives people the opportunity to learn a new profession or to change a current job they don't like.
School is an offline marketing course with a check from 40,000 to 100,000 roubles.
Company is now looking for an engaged Head of Sales with operational management experience to join our school team in Indonesia. The main task of the Head of Sales in Indonesia is to manage the sales department on a number's basis. This is important - company is looking for someone who is a team leader and can set an example to managers of how to sell.

 

What you will do:

  • Conducting meetings with managers on the basis of indicators and reports from the quality control department
  • Analysis of indicators (conversions, average bill)
  • Analysis of quality control department reports
  • Making changes to the sales script based on quality control department data and indicators
  • Improvement of managers' work algorithms in CRM based on data from QA department
  • Hiring managers to join the team
  • Improving the motivation system for sales managers
  • Creating a mentoring system within the team
  • Be responsible for making sure all services work (call tech support, fix the cause)

 

What you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of AMO CRM
  • Experience in EdTech companies
  • Reporting and analytics in Google Docs
  • Managerial involvement as this is a team effort where you are the trainer and sales lead
  • Practical experience in managing a team based on metrics
  • Ability to run meetings, role-play, do analysis based on numbers, come up with hypotheses to increase metrics and be able to focus managers
  • Experience in International companies and knowledge of Bahasa will be an advantage
