Responsibilities:
- Manage constant and effective working process of the Sales department;
- Hiring, onboarding, and adaptation of the new recruits;
- Establishing and monitoring work standards;
- Strategic and operational planning;
- Sales planning and managing;
- Achieving the planned KPIs;
- Effective collaboration with other departments.
Requirements:
- Advanced or Native English (C1, C2);
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (Google Sheets, CRM, Bitrix 24 knowledge);
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
