Responsibilities:
- Manage constant and effective working process of the Sales department
- Hiring, onboarding, and adaptation of the new recruits
- Establishing and monitoring work standards
- Strategic and operational planning
- Sales planning and managing
- Achieving the planned KPIs
- Effective collaboration with other departments
Requirements:
- Good level of knowing English (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Over 4 years of sales and managerial experience (from 5 employees managed)
- Managerial skills, readiness to take the lead, result-oriented
