TestGear is an ambitious SaaS startup that grows 300% YoY. Company is passionate about software development tools in general and test management systems in particular.
Company is looking for an exceptional person to fill in the Head of Sales position for newly established EU trading house.
As a senior sales executive, you’ll be a part of a dynamic international team operating in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will set up and own sales and business development processes, identify new opportunities, execute contractual agreements and drive success by leading the sales team and collaborating with the operational, marketing and product teams.
Key job responsibilities:
- Own and drive complex SaaS and enterprise sales cycles
- Engage in sales marketing activities
- Gather and distill rich customer feedback to inform and iterate product roadmap
- Work autonomously to deliver outstanding sales results
- Build and manage marketing, pre-sales and sales teams
Specific Activities:
- Outline SaaS and enterprise on-premise sales strategies
- Drafting sales and marketing budgets and control spendings
- Planning sales cycle and ensuring targets met
- Engage potenial partners and lead strategic projects in business development
- Perform market segmentation and identify ideal customer profile
- Conduct commercial negotiations and execute agreements
- Grow proffesional network by active participation in industry specific events
- Generate sales qualified leads through engaging in sales marketing activities
- Maintain corporate CRM
- Prepare regular reports and coordinate with the C-suite of holding company in UAE
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in IT
- 3+ years of proven sales team management experience
- Ability to communicate freely with C-suite executives
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- BA/BSc required
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel across EU
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background in software development and/or testing
- Experience in sales of SDLC products and tools
- MBA/Masters degree
- Good command of any other European language
