Wisebits is an international IT holding company with seven strong Web and Mobile products. Core project is a video hosting portal with 40M+ users and over 70M+ daily sessions. According to SimilarWeb, this portal is in the top-25 most visited sites globally.
Your area of responsibilities:
- Building a team of community representatives in different countries (aiming to attract creators to the project)
- Pulling together a system of recruiting, hiring, and promoting creators as partners
- Creating KPIs and setting assignments for the brand representatives
- Management of a distributed team
- Identifying points of growth, new channels, and formats of communication

- Speak and communicate fluently in English
