Sterling Payment Services Limited, a part of Lion Alliance Capital Holding is a Hong Kong MSO licensed company that provide payment and fintech services. Company provides SWIFT / SEPA payments, plastic cards and card processing and other developing fintech instruments for companies involved in international trade of goods.
Job Description:
- Organization and management of the sales department, cooperation with CEO and CCO
- Maintanance of the effective work with existing clients
- Participation in interviews and evaluation of candidates
- Training of new employees and supervision of the process of their adaptation
- Effective team management: task setting, evaluation, training, delegation, control, team development; ensure the implementation of sales plans (if necessary, personally accompany difficult transactions, provide support to managers); control and develop the client base, control of CRM filling; form the structure and effective system of work of the sales department, ensure the effective development of incoming leads; development of sales scripts, development of a KPI system and a bonus system
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required (at least C1) (all applications must be made in English in order to be considered). Additional language skills are strongly advantageous (Arabic, Georgean, Russian, Spanish)
- Knowledge of the field of cryptocurrencies, mining, blockchain will be a significant advantage
- Successful experience in personal sales of financial and banking products, negotiation skills
- Legal background with a law firm is preferred
- Experience with CRM and Agile
