nGrow is a leading innovative push marketing SaaS platform that delivers efficient customer-centric interactions between consumers and brands. The company is looking for a Head of Sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a player-coach at the very beginning - start with the selling on your own and then adding Sales Reps
  • Building the sales/accounting department - deciding on the processes and structure, hiring people
  • Being in charge of the sales and growth plans
  • Building the commercial strategy - pricing / commercial packages etc.
  • Building the process of the customer success management (renewals, controlling the churn etc.)
  • Working with founders on prioritisation of product pipeline on the back of market research, comp analysis and client feedbacks


Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the mobile marketing/analytics market
  • Proven track record in a sales role
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Knowledge of Sales organization best practices
  • Fluent English; Agile; Attentive to detail; Proactive
