Marketing SaaS platform nGrow is looking for a Head of Sales.
As the first Senior Sales / Bis Dev hire you will be taking ownership (from the CEO & Co-founder) of the Sales function in the region or globally.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a growing number of colleagues focused on growing 10x in 2022.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being a player-coach at the very beginning - start with the selling on your own and then adding Sales Reps
- Building the sales/accounting department - deciding on the processes and structure, hiring people
- Being in charge of the sales and growth plans
- Building the commercial strategy - pricing / commercial packages etc.
- Building the process of the customer success management (renewals, controlling the churn etc.)
- Working with founders on prioritisation of product pipeline on the back of market research, comp analysis and client feedbacks
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the mobile marketing/analytics market
- Proven track record in a sales role
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Knowledge of Sales organization best practices
- Fluent English; Agile; Attentive to detail
