Happy Travel & Tourism is a luxury B2B global travel wholesaler, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Now they are looking for a Head of Sales.

 

Based in Moscow as an Independent Contractor, this position focuses on the outbound B2B sales development of luxury travel business from the territories of Russia and CIS. Developing and maintaining business relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, with a key focus on XML and API connections, and delivering on assigned targets and strategy implementation.

 

The scope of this position assumes the overall responsibility for the territories in which to drive and maximise all sales/revenues/margins for existing and new travel trade clients.

 

Требования:
Develop and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Support and develop awareness among the trade of with a focus on high levels of effective system utilisation and training, XML
Overall management of qualified customer acquisition and retention requirements in accordance with the business strategies and any KPI/KRA schedules.
Ensure all your active customers are always up to date in the database of the Company’s mailing software.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities and support services with a timely response to customer product demands and or trends.
Monitor and plan of action of current Customers with active accounts but no business activity within the past six months.
Maintain open lines of communication with Customers to maintain Company’s high Customer Service philosophy, report any issues or drop in business with analytic back-up.
Continuously develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new Customers, ensuring adequate sales coverage within the specified territory.
Develop accurate and comprehensive market knowledge with a focus on competitor activities to ensure maintaining a competitive market position and reacting quickly to Customer product needs.
Work closely with Operations, Product and Finance teams to ensure effective selling, efficient operations and anticipating potential problems where possible, resolving when necessary. This includes assisting the Finance team in reducing aged debtors.
Complete a sales report monthly and upon completion of each business trip and trade show. This includes a listing of all new customers with their full details; company name, address, contacts, email, phone, and important notes.
Attend trade functions/shows where appropriate.

 

Условия:
Proven Track record of direct connectivity sales development in the Travel Trade in Russia and CIS.
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
Fluent in both spoken and written Russian.
Strong Oral and Written English business Language Skills.
