This is a very hands on job at first as you grow the Sales Department with company. UXSSR is looking for a proactive individual who’s going to lead sales, onboarding of new clients and relationship management and be responsible for the growth of revenue. Company has business units in both Russia and UK and you will be working with global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new revenue, build, and maintain relationships with customer in CIS, UK, US, EU, MENA
- Inbound and outbound sales
- Lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management – finding new clients, identify opportunities and pursue them to successful closure
- Meet with potential customers and conduct presentations, create sales pitches and decks, identify key decision makers, negotiation management
- Effectively sell to all levels of management in these accounts
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for new accounts
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Preparation and approval of contracts
- Supervising account management and service delivery after closing
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (IT highly preferred)
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in a digital segment (consulting preferred)
- Experience working with CRM and LinkedIn
- Experience working with international clients will be a plus
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
