Job-ресурс Grintern ищет Head of Sales.
Grintern - California-based company helping young talents to start their careers in US startups. Mission is based on belief that GenZ can master their skills and show great performance even without having previous working experience - they are ready to learn quickly and work hard, so they only need a little help with a chance to prove themselves. Company gives them that chance. They connect Eastern European students and recent graduates with high-potential US startups that need help and are ready to take a junior member to their team and organize those win-win situations. Whole process from discussing the client’s needs to the new team member’s first working day takes no longer than 2 weeks.
Essential responsibilities:
- Build the sales team and improve sales processes: analyze the current state of processes, identify strong and weak points, find ways to improve and increase sales, test hypotheses, conduct analytics, grow and manage the team
- Conduct Zoom calls with US startups’ founders to present Grintern, explain value to them, answer their questions, work with their possible disagreements, negotiate the pricing, persuade them to partner with us, close deals
Requirements:
- Fluent English & Russian
- Strong expertise and proven achievements in sales at least for the last 5 years. Preferably in B2B, SaaS; ideally in outstaffing / outsourcing / recruiting / HR business. Experience successfully conducting cold calls
- Understanding of the US tech startups market, experience working with American clients, preferably NY and CA
- Leadership skills, preferably in sales teams
- Familiarity with sales processes development
- Experience building outreach email sequences and understanding how email campaigns should work
- Data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Experience hiring sales team members or at least experience participating in those recruitment interviews and taking part in the selection decisions
- Experience and desire to be in a highly volatile business environment with lots of things happening simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant digital tools
- Opportunity to adjust to the PST time zone when needed
Candidates’ possible profiles:
- Account Executive with a proven track record and desire to grow to a managing position
- Senior Manager / Head of Sales with leadership experience and process-building expertise
