В IT-компанию Sharp developers требуется Head of Sales.

 

Company develops software for start-ups and established companies, mostly from the US and Europe specialising in banking, travel, retail, entertainment, industrial, medical, financial and other fields.
At the moment our company is running about 30 projects simultaneously. Builds long-lasting partnerships with clients. The average duration of successful projects is 2 years and more. Sharp developers is looking for a Head of Sales in order to grow company. Needs a passionate sales leader full of new ideas and hungry to make excellent deals.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in active sales of IT services on Upwork is a must
  • You need to be an emotional, active, service-oriented, creative, tech-savvy manager who is familiar with the situational leadership model
  • English, spoken and written, В2-С1
  • Knowledge of Jira and LinkedIn outreach tools will be a plus
  • Russian language  - native

 

Responsibilities:

  • The main task is to provide full control of SLA and direct management over the sales pipeline on Upwork
  • Bidding for jobs
  • Replies
  • Providing technical specifications and estimations to potential clients (tech support is provided)
  • Active pressing on closing the deals
  • Feedback inquiry from the customer
  • Pitching of the former customers
  • The team of 5 field specialists under management
  • Company: distributed team of 95+ people and growing rapidly
