MentorsPro is an International startup with European roots that provides professional job-ready education. It is a 100% remote job.
Job description:
- Manage the Sales Team (now 3 team leads, 40 sales managers)
- Reach monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in the hiring process
- Work on increasing the conversion rate
- Work on improving quality of calls, conversations, scripts, together with the QA team
- Cooperate with the Product team, the Marketing team in giving reasonable feedback about product (courses)
- Reporting to the co-founders
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Head of Sales in EdTech
- Strong leadership attitude
- Experience in managing a team of 100+ people
- Experience in managing the remote group
- N.B. it should be comfortable for you to work in IST (UTC+5:30)
