An exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join a luxury fmcg-company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

Participating in the development of the Russia affiliate business strategy to achieve company objectives. Contribution to the annual business plan.

Retailer negotiations / conditions / relationship management

Negotiation and definition of sales agreement with retailers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements and marketing plans. Ensure that La Prairie’s positioning is understood and the brand is top of mind for luxury skincare opportunities. Implement new retailer contracts.

Distribution Management

Ensure that La Prairie is always distributed in the optimum store distribution for its target market and merchandised in line with the brand guidelines. Implement Distribution policy and objectives.

Budget Management

Manage and control the CO-OP budget with support of Marketing Department, to ensure the company gets the best return on investment and all budgets are managed in line with % of sales objectives

Net Sales Forecasting

To provide an accurate net sales forecast by store group by month based on retail objective/actual and take remedial action to avoid ongoing deviation. Input into company re-forecasting processes using the latest market and retailer information available

Demand Planning

To contribute to the Demand Planning process by providing accurate forecasts for customer demand of ongoing and new product lines. Measure accuracy to ensure continuous improvement

Organisation and Processes

Monitoring the effective and efficient further development of all Sales processes as well as the structure of the sales department. Identifying organisational changes and measures for improvement of the organisation and initiate adequate measures in conjunction with GM/FD

 

Qualifications:

Commercial diploma or similar.

10+ years’ experience in Sales, in top cosmetic, fragrances or luxury products.

Familiar with the selective world. Some knowledge of how the cosmetics market and its key players functions

Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills.

International experience / exposure.
