В digital-платформу игровой тематики Медиапоинт требуется Head of Sales.
The company is looking for a Head of Sales and accounting who would manage a small team and has experience with international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an individual approach to each client
- Research and identify new solutions in the market
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Continuously improve conditions for existing contracts and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Recruit, train, and facilitate the growth of team members
- Plan and ensure the execution of each sprint plan. Conduct retrospectives with the team at the end of each sprint
- Monitor individual performance metrics
- Develop standards for client interaction and operational procedures
- Manage client database: replenish, analyze, and structure
- Prepare necessary reports for management
- Communicate with other teams within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and account management or a similar role
- High level of communication skills and leadership qualities
- Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
- Flexibility to change
- High level of empathy
- Willingness to work with remote employees
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
