The Role
Our sales department is looking for an experienced and thinking-out-of-the-box leader who would structure the process of inbound and outbound leads management, ensure effective leads generation and conversion and establish new partnerships. As we are a startup, this position implies the ownership for all sales and business development channels (sales development, business development and account management).
Responsibilities
Structure and measure sales funnel and related KPIs (inbound and outbound);
Lead, train and grow a team of sales managers;
Be hands-on: contact clients and prospects, organise and join demos and improve your team sales expertise by showing an example;
Find new growth opportunities and establish partnerships in the event industry that could help to fuel our growth;
Work closely with product management team to provide the best-in-class product to our clients.
Your Profile
Successful previous experience in SaaS sales (>3 years)
Experience in leading and managing a Sales/Business Development team
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Tech industry expertise
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
