В крупный китайский FMCG-производитель Midea Group требуется Head of Sales System & Commercial Intelligence Management.
Responsibilities:
Develop overseas’ sales organization capabilities:
- Defining sales organization “To Be” structure and identify the gap in between “As is” vs “To Be”
- Define & deploy sales team role & responsibility, daily tasks and related motivation system
- Identify the sales team’s the capabilities gaps based on defined R&R
- Develop and deploy training programs together with HR
System Development and Deployment:
IT Systems (Sales and Channel Management function):
- Develop the Sales and Channel strategy and functional framework (channel structure, customer management and sales team management)
- Work with the Global HQ IT team to develop the sales and channel systems based on the channel customer management and sales team management programs
- Work with the regional HQ team and local Business Unit to deploy the sales and channel system to drive customer and sales growth
IT Systems (Retail Management function):
- Develop the Retail Management strategy and functional framework (retail store management and field sales management)
- Work with the Global HQ IT team to develop the Retail Store and Field Sales Management systems based on the retail store management and field sales management programs
- Work with the regional HQ team and local Business Unit to deploy the Retail system to drive retail store and field sales productivity
Database Connection and Business Analytics:
- Global Database Buildup
- Identify the type of connection across the different databases in the Midea International Business Group
- Define the data structure to be utilized for the sales and channel management systems and the retail management systems
- Work with the business intelligence team to review the quality of data that is input into the different type of databases and create a clean database for the Midea International Business Group
Business Analytics:
- Define the type of data reports that is needed for the sales and channel management systems and the retail management systems
- Work with the Global HQ IT team to develop the sales and channel management dashboards to drive customer and sales growth
- Work with the Global HQ IT team to develop the retail store and field sales management dashboards to drive retail store and field sales productivity
OEM KA and Event Management:
- Ensure that the OEM KA Meetings that are planned to be held in Global HQ are well planned, coordinated and executed accordingly with the OEM KA customer and the 6 product division teams
People Development:
- Direct, train and guide team in driving the development and deployment of all the key Commercial Intelligence and Systems initiatives and programs in MIB
Requirement:
Education & Language:
- Bachelor or higher, with oversea experience
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written in English – Chinese is a plus
Personal Traits:
- 10+ years’ experience within Sales and Trade Marketing area
- Global experience, and a mix of Western & Eastern is a plus
- Strong conceptual thinking capabilities while with hands on work attitude on content
- Ability & willingness to interact daily with multiple teams and a wide range and diversity of professional & cultural backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy and consistency while keeping constant flexibility is a requirement to be able to handle
- Ability & willingness of adapting to Chinese lifestyle & working culture is a must
- Strong willingness and ability of leading, coordinating & influencing virtual team across Product Divisions & Countries
- Strong willingness of growing team member & virtual team’s capability
- Strong presentation skill
- Global traveling
