Role Description:
- Formation of an effective sales strategy
- Development and implementation of company standards for organizing sales and customer service
- Work to attract large cool clients
- Organization of Client Days, participation in conferences in order to better understand the needs of CDEK clients
- Creation of a strong team of sales managers: participation in the hiring, mentoring, setting clear and achievable goals for the sales staff, taking into account the goals and objectives of the company, in the short and long term
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
- The Russian language is a strong advantage
- Experience as Head of Sales Department (preferably in the service sector), managed to at least 5 sales managers
- Experience with cold sales
- Knowledge of sales techniques, work with objections, the ability to apply them in practice
- Successful experience in attracting and searching for large clients, experience in personal sales
- High communication skills
- Result oriented
