Международный производственный концерн Sulzer ищет Head of Sales Russia (Water BU).
Purpose of the job - responsibility for sales and after sales in all Water BU related business segments within Russia. Building and motivating a successful team by coaching them on strategic decisions and drive the country growth.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Sales responsibility incl. profit responsibility (order related gross profit minus selling and marketing expenses) for Russia Water BU
- Increase Sulzer brand recognition and market share in the Russian municipal wastewater market
- Propose, develop and execute growth plans in the assigned territories
- Engaging with current and potential customers
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
- Guidance and motivation of own sales personnel
- Monitor and report all sales activities in the Russian market
- Follow up sales, margin and profitability development at a country level
- Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising, and monitoring all team members
- Actively participating in management meetings in Sales Region, annual target setting meeting, performance meetings etc.
- Act as a role model for accountability, integrity and business ethics in all customer and commercial relations
- Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
- Development, participation, and support of company initiatives, e.g. LEAN
- Ensures full compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning business operations and acts in full compliance with all local, divisional and corporate regulations
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide ESH initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Educational background
- University degree in engineering or business administration or closely related field. Alternatively equivalent education and experience
- Experience, Professional, Markets, International Etc.
- Extensive experience in sales within Water industry or closely related industry with position of progressively increasing responsibility. Business management experience preferred
- Experience as a young, motivated sales professional with the background of a regional- or team leader would also be acceptable
- Comprehensive sales experience in an industrial and international environment, tendering experience, where applicable
- In-depth knowledge of the utility market incl. municipalities, distributors, EPC’s and engineering consultants. Familiar with respective business conditions and practices
- Positive thinking and strong motivation skills
- Strategic thinker, professional experience to formulate and implement a business strategy
- Analytically and conceptually strong
- Structured and highly customer-oriented approach
- (Team)-motivator who drives for results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to form and lead a team as well as be part of a team
- Languages: Russian language and fluent English
