A FinTech company Paysend is looking to recruit a Head of Sales for Robokassa to build the cold sales team from scratch.

 

What will you be doing in the role?

Being responsible for ambitious sales target (small and micro business)
Building, managing and developing a team of sales managers
Monitoring, analysing and improving the effectiveness of sales department
Building a cold sales department from scratch
Conducting market research and opening new sales markets for the company
Developing and monitoring KPI for the sales team.

 

What you’ll need experience in and what we’ll be looking for:

You have 1+ an experience managing sales team (B2B);
Would be an advantage if you have experience working in Retail, CRM/CMS, advertising networks, telecom, finance;
3+ years of experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex sales deals;
Always up-to-date on the latest trends in online segment;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Knowledge of financing solutions and international best practices is a plus.
A proven leader with extensive experience hiring, training and coaching high achieving sales teams
English B2+ will be an advantage
