We are looking for an equally cool specialist in our cool team, a Manager who knows how to manage and create teams, who is ready to take on great responsibility and fulfill, or better, exceed, ambitious sales tasks in the Dubai market.
Main functions:
1. Distribution of material assets (clients) in accordance with the grade of brokers.
2. Regular management of the department (planning, delegation, setting tasks, control and acceptance of completed tasks, feedback to brokers and administrative staff of the department).
3. Interaction with related departments (marketing, administrators, quality control, other EPs).
4. Representation of the department in the market, including interaction with developers, obtaining units, comfortable conditions for the implementation of objects.
5. Participation in the hiring and firing of employees.
6. Development and motivation of employees.
7. Development and implementation of technologies in the field of sales.
8. Providing regular reporting to management.
9. It is necessary to participate in negotiations in a high check.
10. Personal selling.
What we want to see in a successful candidate:
- Experience in managing a sales department (from 5 people in subordination). The growth of indicators in the management of the department, such as revenue, the number of employees, the effectiveness of the staff unit.
- Experience in personal sales of real estate in Dubai at least 10 transactions with a check of more than 1 million AED.
- Constant development, self-education, knowledge of sales technologies and people management.
- Business vision.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
