Team of TikTok is seeking an experienced Head of Sales Productivity and Efficiency.
Responsibilities
Formulate new sales processes and optimize existing ones to increase sales efficiency;
Drive local and global cross-functional projects including but not limited to: contract management, billing, collections, credit policy, etc;
Coordinate global sales systems upgrade projects;
Lead sales enablement: soft skills, sales systems and policies;
Manage the team: coordinate activities, provide with resources, coach and lead towards their own targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in economics, management or technical field;
5-7 years of relevant functional experience, 1-2 years of people management experience;
Working experience in tech companies is desirable;
Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes;
Fluent English is a must, Mandarin is a plus;
Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
