Diageo Eastern Europe is looking for a Head of Sales Operations in a newly created Region in Diageo Europe.

 

Diageo is one of the world’s largest producers of spirits and beers.

 

What You Will Be Responsible For
Lead development and control over execution of 12-18 months Commercial Plan in line with the company strategy
Set up and manage overall business Target Setting and Reporting processes.
Orchestrate Business Performance Management process, provide the management with up to date insights on actual results, key performance drivers and future forecasts and areas for improvement
Constantly seek for business development, efficiency improvement opportunities and provide organization with best in class commercial insights based on Advanced Analytics
Lead and control over key commercial information systems , eg. Anaplan, Data Warehouse, Comarch, TRAX, EDGE etc. insuring proper information flows and master data accuracy.
Develop and Manage optimal Contact and Coverage model ensuring best in class EDGE (every day great execution)
Coach & inspire your Commercial Operations Team to deliver exceptional performance
The end outcome of this is to ensure the market delivers top line growth, market share & productivity gains enabled by share winning plans based on brilliant business insights, great execution discipline through visibility and robust control over Key Business Indicators and.

 

The qualifications and experience you will bring:
7+ years of commercial experience and/or commercial operations background (in market or regional)
Proven track record in winning through execution and shaping future through strategic thinking
Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence and partner at senior level and experience in leading a successful team.
Experience of change management and commercial strategy development.
Has a proven ability to deliver results and drive organisational alignment

 

The Skills You Will Need
Strong analytical and presentation skills
In Depth business understanding
Ability to effectively manage X-functional teams and complex business processes.
Quickly spots inefficiencies in processes and able to drive improvements through organization
Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders in market & in other teams (Global Sales, DBS)
Build and coach a diverse team to unlock performance and growth
Growth mindset; restless & agile; change agent
Act like an owner in demonstrating shared accountability for implementation and holding self and others to the highest standards
Fluent English and Russian.
