The aim of the role is to drive Regional distribution network on the territory of responsibilities, effectively manage and execute Regional sales strategy and develop strong Sales team.

 

Responsibilities
Drive business growth in assigned territory by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective execution of customer relationship management, distributor management, investments, inventory management, by adhering to company’s compliance standards
Successful development, implementation and execution of distribution potential, improving sales efficiency in NKA, LKA within Russia
Participation in the overall sales strategy, regular interaction with KA department. Implementation of the KA negotiation strategy.
Leading a team of Regional Managers, establishes mission for the team, develops short- and long-term goals, executes career development.
Communicates and supervises short- and long-range sales plans. Implements policies, sales organization structure, sales programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. Research new markets and applications for volume growth
Demonstrate expertise in business development management, identify key areas of focus, evaluation and search for alternatives
Partnering with ComEx and other functions to build effective operating and execution plans
Supervise and support solutions for the coverage of the merchandising agency
Participation in development of portfolio strategies
Regional P&L management

 

Requirements
Management and strong leadership skills in a challenging working environment with a proven track record of 5+ years of experience in managing a large team.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry, is required
Strong bias to action and proven track record of delivering results is required. Outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams are required.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others’ skills
Good relationship skills, such as ability to bring people together and to engage them towards a common purpose.
Proven track record of meeting targets in dynamic environments by successfully managing, tracking and implementing successful strategies in regard to scope, quality, time and cost
Ability to travel;
Proficiency in English.
