Voximplant is searching for a Head of Sales (LATAM and Spain).
Some of the responsibilities are listed below:
- Manage a team and collaborate closely with other colleagues
- Form a Sales Strategy:
- Create an effective Team, design the structure, onboard, motivate and develop people
- Analyze market, clients requests
- Understand if the pricing model fits customers’ needs
- Cooperate with the Marketing Team
- Perform forecasting and budgeting
- Track the results, increase revenue and meet milestones
Who the company is looking for:
- Extensive sales leadership experience (3 years+)
- Higher education
- Experience in CPaaS or CC market would be an enormous plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- A strong background in sales
