Weigandt Consulting is looking for an experienced Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Is fully responsible for sales & marketing strategy development and implementation to reach the financial targets,
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Have the key responsibility for attracting new customers and ensuring a highly professional relationship to the various decisions makers within the customer’s organization;
- To drive and manage the customer value proposition to secure growth and a profitable sales development;
- Drive and develop sales processes including lead generation, deploy best practices within Sales & Marketing;
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with external partners (vendors);
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports;
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
Position Requirements:
- Strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, including prior experience as a Head of Sales or Chief Commercial Officer;
- Successfully built, scaled, and led high performing sales teams;
- Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships;
- You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
