А legal consultancy firm is looking for a Head of sales (international market).
Job responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
- development and implementation of sales and marketing projects
- ensure growth of sales, scaling of the most successful cases
- perform forecasting and budgeting, market research and sales strategy development
- ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized
- building an effective team: design the team structure and cooperation with HR department on hiring and onboarding of sales managers
- motivating and developing the team, increasing of sales-managers’ expertise
- prepare and present results to the head-office
Key qualifications required:
- Extensive sales leadership experience (3 years +)
- Higher education (preferably in finance and economy)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient Mac OS user
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- A strong background in sales of financial/IT/insurance products, drive and passion for sales
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (experience in communication with high net individuals)
- Practical skills in forecasting and budgeting, in designing of contracts and agreements
- Experience in the sphere of immigration law, investments, insurance, banking is preferable
- Readiness to business-trips
