А legal consultancy firm is looking for a Head of sales (international market).

 

Job responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

  • development and implementation of sales and marketing projects
  • ensure growth of sales, scaling of the most successful cases
  • perform forecasting and budgeting, market research and sales strategy development
  • ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized
  • building an effective team: design the team structure and cooperation with HR department on hiring and onboarding of sales managers
  • motivating and developing the team, increasing of sales-managers’ expertise
  • prepare and present results to the head-office

 

Key qualifications required:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience (3 years +)
  • Higher education (preferably in finance and economy)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient Mac OS user
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • A strong background in sales of financial/IT/insurance products, drive and passion for sales
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (experience in communication with high net individuals)
  • Practical skills in forecasting and budgeting, in designing of contracts and agreements
  • Experience in the sphere of immigration law, investments, insurance, banking is preferable
  • Readiness to business-trips
