Kaspersky Lab ищет Head of Sales Enablement.

 

Enables both partners and internal S&M audiences by mean of processes, tools and content that ensure solid UX/UI, business continuity and lead to sales growth. Responsible for CRM/PRM/Marketing Automation and Front-End Tech-Support business processes development and maintenance as well as for control of various Approval Policies application and rights provisioning.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Enables partner audience staring from partnering with Kaspersky, leading them through onboarding process till the Pipeline registration and order placement through the online PRM. That includes PRM features and processes development, content publishing and localization, Learning Management System maintenance e.g. Deal Reg, Onboarding Program, Document Library, MDF process, Rebates process, Renewals’ management, Lead Distribution etc.
  • Enables MSP partners via License Management Portal to do business with Kaspersky based on B2B subscriptions. Developing and maintaining the Portal in cooperation with Corporate Business Dept
  • Develops and maintains Technical support front-end resources e.g. Support web-site, MyKaspersky and Company Account converting them into a single customer/partner facing resource with unified user experience
  • Enables Internal Sales Organization through developing and maintaining new business processes and technics within CRM and accompanying systems. That includes quoting, presales, NFR, Marketing Planning, MDF process etc. as well as onboarding new team members with necessary trainings and documentation
  • Maintains B2B Enterprise pipeline hygiene in order to ensure high forecast quality for RoB calls and Corporate B2B Dashboard
  • Performs control function by establishing all required approvals for discounts, promos, Not-For-Resale licenses, MDF via CRM, being for necessary changes and adoption as soon as a new policy arrives
  • Enables Internal Marketing Organization and Digital Sales by developing and maintaining B2B and B2C Marketing Automation tools, setting up B2B Global Lifecycles (e.g. Renewal LC), localising and setting up Global Product Campaigns worldwide
  • Performs all B2B Marketing Automation activities on behalf of selected regions with limited capacity in form of Marketing Operations by setting up all local marketing campaigns

 

Requirements:

Education:

  • High

Work experience:

  • 5+ years on managerial position in S&M
  • Experience in IT/Telco
