SegmentStream — AI-powered data intelligence platform built for digital marketing teams. The company is looking for a Head of Sales (EMEA).

 

What you’ll do:
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to hit company revenue goals;
Improve all the main sales processes including reporting, forecasting, calls recording and analysis, etc;
Increase the ratio of outbound deals versus inbound deals by implementing a proper framework, and templates;
Help the team to win bigger deals by attending strategic sales calls and acting as a mentor in complex negotiations;
Work closely with CRO and CEO to think how can we grow faster and win the market, and then act on these ideas and hypotheses.

 

What the company is looking for:
5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably in digital marketing technology software space, with the average annual contract value of $50k-$100k;
2+ years of sales team management experience (5-10 people) with a strong track record of results, especially in the remote-work mode;
An extensive network and relationships with our potential customers (CMOs, Digital Marketing Directors, and Directors of Marketing Analytics in the UK, EU, and US) is a huge bonus;
A desire and ability to get stuff done in an unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup. You are the one who can establish the right processes where the are no processes exist;
Strong internal motivation to grow as a leader as our company grows, most likely, in VP of Sales, or other revenue-related leadership positions;
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
Fluent English.
