A Nordic manufacturer and global supplier of industrial process equipment is now recruiting a Head of Sales Department.
The Company has strong presence in CEE and Eurasia with its own production and engineering.
Job responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Ensure growth of sales in Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, chemical industry with solid and clear strategic and execution plans
Relationship development regarding end-users in Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, chemical industry
Revision of Sales infrastructure: structure of Sales Department; wide sales network; implementation of CRM module
Strategy plan for work with key end-users
Client contract development ensuring alignment of Company pricing according to internal policies and guidelines
Development of cooperation with European equipment suppliers (annual business plans, presentations in English, participation in joint meetings, etc.)
Management of a sales team with of over 20 persons across Russia (development of competence and capabilities of the sales team, monthly activity report reviews)
Evaluation and assessment of efficiency of Sales Department operations; implementation of tools improving sales operations
Reporting to the CEO of the Russian subsidiary
Analyses of the regional markets, annual budgeting and regular sales forecast, sales reporting
Cooperation with marketing department in Europe
Job requirements:
Proven track record from at least 6 years of senior professional management experience within sales & marketing in relevant industry
Experience of B2B process equipment solutions
Experience from previous work within an international production environment at Western organization
Developed market knowledge and network
Experience of commercial legal aspects of business
Master/ Bachelor in Engineering or Economics
Business English (fluent English) and Native/ Fluent Russian
MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook) and developed computer skills, including CRM systems
Readiness to business trips within Russia and abroad (Europe)
