Responsibilities & Tasks
Sales planning and budgeting
Be active in developing and driving the Sales strategy and processes within Housing in close cooperation with the BA. Ensure implementation in the BU
Set and ensure BU sales activity plan
Together with marketing, secure the right number of leads
Set and ensure detailed resource plan incl. coordination with stakeholders and recruitment
Drive Sales Efficiency — Do the right things
Monitor and report the sales score card, on BU, individual and project level each week and take relevant action
Have own sales assignments to keep close to the market and be a role model
Competitor and market surveillance
Drive Sales Effectiveness — Do things right
Managing Sales Department Team (25 people: deputy head of department, sales specialists, registration group, sales back office, call center)
Coaching, developing and training the sales professionals both on team and individual level and on-site (minimum 40% of time spent)
Ensure one-way of working and Best Practices with the BU
Ensure effective lead profiling process
Ensure usage of HoME CRM
Actively work with pricing of projects in order to secure the right price level and EBIT
Bank cooperation
Select banks and ensure their capabilities
Preparation and organization of project start-ups
Price policy development
Sales case preparation
Employee training
Participation in product development

 

Skills & Credentials
Extensive sales experience from Real Estate business (min 3 years)
Excellent sale leadership and people skills – Lead by example/by using own sales skills
Business oriented
Strong cooperation ability
English language skills – upper-intermediate
