The launch of the project is scheduled on November 1.
And now we are forming a team of professionals in the sales department for car renting and selling service.

Responsibilities:

Manage constant and effective working process of the Sales department

Hiring, onboarding, and adaptation of the new recruits

Establishing and monitoring work standards

Strategic and operational planning

Sales planning and managing
-
Achieving the planned KPIs

Effective collaboration with other departments
-
New CRM system incorporation and maintaining
Requirements:

Advanced or Native English (C1,C2)

Experience in creating the sales department from scratch
-
Over 5 years of sales and managerial experience (from 10 employees managed)

Knowledge and understanding of business processes in car/detailing centers is an advantage
-
Managerial skills, readiness to take the lead, result-oriented.
