LegionFarm lets casual gamers pay to play with the top 0.1% of players in online games, helping customers have more fun playing, learn to be a better gamer, and conquer difficult parts of video games.

Over the past year, Legionfarm organized over 400,000 gaming sessions with our 7,000+ Pros. At the moment, our team has 80+ people. Part of the team is working remotely worldwide, the other part is located in San Francisco, Singapore, Moscow and Akademgorodok (Novosibirsk).

The Legionfarm platform is used by gamers from 48 countries around the world. All communications between customers, professionals and Legionfarm customer service agents are in English.

We are looking for a strong leader who is ready to take responsibility for managing the first sales line, which is responsible for converting leads into the first purchase and the second sales line, which is responsible for retaining and converting incoming requests from regular customers.

We have over a thousand chats every day, mainly with users from the USA, Canada, Western Europe and Australia, 24/7. Some leads and clients are processed by our bots; The rest of them we connect with our sales managers.

Impulsive purchases through messengers require quick responses, knowledge of the pains of customers, game mechanics and our product.
