Responsibilities:
- Operational management of a group of stores;
- Hiring and training of personnel (managers, administrators, sellers, movers)
- Organization of the work of new stores opening;
- Organization of trade processes in stores;
- Control of the work of stores in terms of interaction with regulatory authorities, in terms of compliance with UAE Laws, internal corporate regulations;
- Ensuring the implementation of planned budget indicators;
- Cost and loss control
- Performing calculations to determine the effectiveness of measures aimed at increasing sales and the quality of work of stores;
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education Similar work experience from 2 years;
- Work experience in UAE retail chains is desirable;
- Work experience in retail chains in similar positions, – supervisor of a chain of stores, territorial manager, head of retail sales department;
- Knowledge of the legislation regulating retail trade in the UAE;
- Knowledge of business document flow between legal entities in terms of performance of works (services);
- Fluency in Russian, English and Arabic;
- Ability to work with a personal computer at the level of an experienced user (software products Windows, MS Office, SAP R/3, Internet).
