Sanofi is seeking a Head of SAIS Eurasia & Ukraine.

JOB PURPOSES:
Promote, develop and optimize API Sales to third parties in the defined zone markets: all APIs on SAIS+ catalogue + contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO) that are performed in Sanofi facilities
Define and execute commercial and support the definition of the marketing strategy in relation with related zone countries specificities
Define and implement relevant business models for each country with the support of the Region Head and CDMO activity Head allowing sustainable profitable sales growth in line with sites’ activity
Build and deploy robust prospecting plan, with prioritization aligned with SAIS global strategy
For every customer request, for timely decision making process, ensure adequate interaction within SAIS (Region Leadership + PPL Leadership and Management Committee) and stake holders management across organizations within Chemistry & Biochemistry organization (Captive + SAIS)
Drive commercial discussions with External Customers / Partners on defined territory
Anchor SAIS in the territory’s pharmaceutical markets through appropriate Communication Strategy
Build, execute and achieve financial objectives, planning and strategy including budget and 5 years Long Range Plan
Initiate and Coordinate the registration of APIs in territory as per the Long Range planning and Budget strategic objectives
Manage the P&L of SAIS Eurasia (as determined by the Company) and Ukraine (defined territory) Zone, sales/margin/profitability
Manage / develop SAIS local team (Sales and RA / QA)
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a business related field
Minimum of 5 years commercial experience
Business management in API
Business communication in English.
