The company is an international forwarding company with our own offices all over the world. At the moment, team in China strong in Rail/Sea/Airfreight, and company have ambitions to grow further - to develop international Roadfreight. Therefore, the company is looking for a purposeful person who will help develop and handle these directions of roadfreight. If you have your own vision of how and where to implement the idea of opening an LTL shipping service in China, you have a pool of suppliers, and you know how to manage this direction, we are waiting for you.
Tasks:
- Build and develop Roadfreight Branch
- Open a legal entity in China
- Design business plan for next 5 years
- Become profitable within 1 year
- Grown as part of the network and develop network business, develop supplier’s network
- Development of international destinations from China (roadfreight service)
- Management activity of the representative office, control of operational processes, recruitment processes
- Search and attraction of contractors/brokers/warehouses
- Organization of a service for LTL freight shipments from China: the whole chain from the sender to the recipient
Your qualifications:
- Experience in international forwarding company in a leadership position for at least 3 years
- Deep knowledge of logistic products, especially in international road forwarding
- Experience in organization of LTL freight shipping
- Work experience in the following directions: Europe, Russia, CIS
- The accumulated base of suppliers
- Experience in warehousing and cross-docking
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of transportation
- Well knowledge of English, Chinese, Russian
