Emerging Travel Group — travel-tech компания, в состав которой входят четыре бренда: российские Ostrovok и B2B.Ostrovok и международные ZenHotels и RateHawk.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Retention team: build an effective org chart, development, training of junior specialists.
- Development of retention marketing strategy for all brands of the group on the B2C and B2B markets. Control loyalty programs, elaboration of all stages of the user funnel to increase the efficiency for the businesses of attracted customers.
- Manage email, mobile push, on-site & in-app messaging communications for all brands. Support launches and promotions in retention channels. Launching new and maintaining existing transactional and trigger messages. Conducting experiments.
- Implementation of the retention marketing efficiency evaluation system. Assessment of the impact of current tools and campaigns on the key metrics of the group's business. Determining the share of retained communications in the overall split of channels for working with users.
- Working with the customer base: cleaning, segmentation. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the database, development of a collection and activation strategy.
- Working with multi-channel communication based on event tracking and user journey analysis in Exponea. Project management of the development of integration with Exponea.
- Project management of the development of the functionality of the internal ESP platform.
- Control of technical tasks in the work of Email: monitoring of deliverability and postmasters, reputation of IP addresses and domains in the Mailgun system, solving current problems.
Requirements:
- Experience at customer marketing, loyalty program marketing, customer retention - at least 3 years. Successful retention projects cases.
- Experience at managing a team of four people, experience at interaction with related teams (backend and frontend development, design, UX, analytics, copywriting).
- Experience at conducting stimulating multi-channel promotions, knowledge of pricing principles, discount programs and loyalty programs
- Understanding of technical aspects in the preparation and sending of email and push; practical experience at launching mailings and working with “naked” HTML/CSS at a basic level.
- Practical experience at analytics and working with large amount of data.
- Confident command of Excel.
- Competent written Russian.
- Advanced English level.
- Analytical mindset, attentiveness, perseverance.
- Willingness to take responsibility and achieve results.
An additional plus will be:
- Knowledge of SQL/R/Python, Jinja2.
- Experience at Exponea, Mailgun, Litmus, any ESP systems (Mailchimp, ExpertSender, etc.).
- Experience at Vertica, Tableau.
