Pharmaceutical business is looking for a Head of Retail.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the development of a strategy for working with pharmacy chains
- Responsible for creating effective pharmacy chain management to ensure the availability of Sanofi products throughout the Russian Federation
- Responsible for developing a strategy for interacting with key pharmacy chains and associations
- Develops and implements special programs and projects for sales in commercial retail
- Develops and implements strategy for channel of commercial retail market, for those selected part of portfolio of business units, for which commercial retail channel is the dominating channel of sales and business development
- Ensures the availability of optimal inventory in commercial retail, in accordance with the company's approved budget and strategy of business units
- Controls agreements with pharmacy chains (payments, commercial terms, deliveries, product availability), and ensures interaction with regional branches of distributors in order to monitor the optimal inventory
- Responsible for confirmed with company management plan achievement in channel of smaller chains and independent pharmacies
- Responsible for confirmed with company management plan achievement in channel of contracted big chains
- Participates in development of next year bonus policy for retail chains in cooperation with business units
- Responsible for development of Sales Accelerator for business units
- Responsible for ensuring the necessary approvals of all aspects related to work with networks and Sales Accelerator in accordance with company procedures and legislation
- Participates in complicated negotiations with major retail chains of Moscow, North-West and Volga regions
- Responsible for development and launch of required tools for monitoring of teams activities (KAMs and Sales Accelerator team)
- Responsible for management of business support team (documents workflow)
- Responsible for employment, training, management and motivation of Commercial retail team
Requirements:
- University degree
- Proven commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry in retail segment – not less than 3 years
- Proven experience with Rx or Rx+OTC portfolio
- Proven experience with direct subordinates
- Proven experience as Head of Retail not less than 2 years
- Deep understanding of retail market
- English - intermediate
