Adidas is looking for a Head of Retail Moscow.
The Head of retail Moscow is directly responsible for the retail sales in the region while coordinating cross-functionally marketing, store development, HR and other activities in the region.
Key Accountabilities:
Contribute to developing company strategy for CIS
Drive overall retail performance in stores by implementing best retail practices
Achieve all key financial KPIs: Net sales , Profit margin, Contribution
Ensure Russian, European and Global best practices are implemented in the region
Manage a team of 7-10 District Operation Managers in the region
Initiating changes in all processes to achieve business performance
Lead people with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong experience in managing sales organizations and driving sales directly and indirectly
Customer service focus
Experience in business planning and management, projects analysis and implementation, business processes applications thorough knowledge of sales/distribution processes and applied selling/commercial skills
Readiness to stand the pressure, problem-solving and conflict management skills
Strong cross-functional experience, across retail, marketing, HR, visual merchandising, finance
Excellent entrepreneurial skills
People oriented management approach
Extensive experience of successfully operating in the multi-cultural organization
High degree of personal drive, energy & results orientation
Fluency in English
Bachelor in related field required
Minimum of five years of experience in people management.
