Responsibilities:
Be a leader in streamlining and digitalizing the credit process of retail banking (auto loans), including assessments, approvals, loan drawdown and collection.
Form recommendations regarding changes to risk strategy and risk appetite.
Portfolio management and portfolio analysis of retail credit risk: regular reporting, overall risk indicator analysis.
Develop and maintain rating and scoring models.
Analyses effectiveness and improve the credit conveyor: adding of new data sources, working together with third-party vendor to solve issues and improve performance.
Work with business units in new retail product developments.
Develop and review of loan loss provision mechanism in accordance with IFRS and RAS standards.
Develop and update of methodology, policies, process and control mechanism in relation to retail credit risk.
Support development of credit decisions engine (strategies development and maintenance).
Anti-fraud analysis: analysis of fraud cases, new frauds prevention.
Experience and Skills:
10+ years of relevant experience in retail credit, including approvals, policy, portfolio management and/or risk analytics in a demanding environment.
Upper-Intermediate English at least;
Hands-on experiences in credit rating and scoring models development and validation;
Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements in retail credit, stress testing and scoring models development;
Well-versed in loan provision methodology and implementation under IFRS9;
Good communication and analytical skills, team player, positive attitude.
