Lighthouse Capital is an asset management and financial advisory company, focusing on public securities in global markets. The company is looking for a Head of Research.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance and related degrees are preferred
At least 3 — 5 years of sell-side / buy-side experience as a research analyst in asset management
Genuine interest in financial markets
Excellent knowledge of equity valuation and credit analysis
Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Fluent English
CFA program participation is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Head of Research will work on different tasks covered by Chief Investment Officer, including:
Lead the Research team, overseeing capital markets, investment selections
Generating investment ideas in US and EM securities universe
Performing fundamental fixed-income research on various issuers
Performing fundamental equity research including but not limited to growth stocks, event-driven stories
Monitoring and providing investment update on the current portfolio holdings
Performing day-to-day market analysis of public securities, macro environment and news flow
Preparing presentations for investment committee
