Сервис курьерской доставки Borzo (локальный бренд Dostavista) ищет Head of Research & Insights.
What you will do:
- Supervision the team of Research & Insights. Provide leadership on research techniques and communication
- Understand market trends, needs of the audience, user experience and extract the insights that drive marketing and product development
- Build the capacity of the Research Team to implement new processes and procedures in line with the revised research function
- Develop the portal of insights with market research, customer research, and UX research implementation
- Determine optimal mixed qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and utilize internal data, external vendors to support the research agenda
- Leading and project managing of research across 10 countries
What you already have:
- 4+ years of experience developing and executing research
- Prove track of researches and insights
- Clear possession of market research, customer research, and UX-research methodologies
- Excellent writing the ability to tell a compelling story with data
- Experience building research teams from scratch including the development of core methodologies, tools, and approaches to tailor specific project needs
- Be a user-experience evangelist that shares insights and spreads a user-centered mindset across the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with an organized and ‘can-do’ approach to meeting deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to details
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
