Candidates will perform the following tasks:
- Be responsible for formulating plans, and controlling sales performance for sulfur products
- Be responsible for the Representative office
- Identify markets and develop go-to-market & marketing strategy
- Have active relationships in the industry or be ready to establish new relationships to deploy business activities effectively (especially in countries with promising demand for sulfur products)
- Maintain & develop a network of industry relationships in the domestic and international regions
- Improve and implement the sales process
- Provide accurate and clear periodic work reports to the board of management
- Develop and grow the team. Implement a Training and Coaching program. Manage the team to ensure efficiency
- Cross departments/ group collaboration
- Other tasks as assigned
Job requirement:
- Bachelor or above
- Experience in the chemical industry. Candidates with experience in Sales or Purchasing at businesses in the field of sulfur are preferred
- Familiarity with export processes, documentation, etc.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong familiarity with MS Office applications
- Able to work under high pressure, be highly disciplined
- Willingness to regularly travel, as required, to meet with decision-makers
