Smartcat is looking for a Head of Reporting.
You role:
Lead the process of the consolidated financial reporting process automation
Drive the research and analytics with respect to various tax and compliance matters in various jurisdictions of interest (new markets) to help streamline the company’s growth
Supervise preparation of statutory, consolidated financial and management accounts
Supervise the financial and tax reporting process in several jurisdictions
You will report to the CFO
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting or audit (experience with IFRS and US GAAP)
Experience with international tax
English (C2), finance terminology is a must
High Excel proficiency
Excellent research and problem solving skills
Hands on approach
Operational and strategic agility
Excellent management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines in high-pace and dynamic environment
