Volkswagen Group Rus is looking for a Head of reporting and digitalisation group.
Vacancy description:
Provides digitalization and automation of accounting and tax accounting Volkswagen Group Rus
Provides accurate and timely reporting of VGR IFRS / Legislation and Statistics
Manages the function of digitalization of reporting and accounting of Volkswagen Group Rus in order to ensure the most efficient use of funds and maximize profit for the Company
Manages the function of digitalization of reporting and accounting based on the strategic goals and development prospects of Volkswagen Group Rus (work planning, goal setting and task setting, monitoring the progress of work, interaction with other departments)
Provides advice on the digitization of reporting and accounting for all divisions of the Volkswagen Group Rus, supporting all related commercial and financial processes
Ensures Volkswagen Group Rus complies with local and international accounting standards
Manages the implementation of robust risk management and internal controls in accounting and taxation; creates an integrity environment within the reporting and accounting digitalization group that meets all aspects of sound corporate governance
Requirements:
Work experience in Big4 companies is required
Master’s degree required (ideally finance, accounting, business management or MBA)
International / Local Accounting / Auditing Qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ACA or Local Equivalent)
Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in finance
Team management experience, at least 3 years
Good understanding of internal accounting controls; Analytical thinking and excellent implementation skills, good general business acumen, people management skills, ability and confidence to communicate with senior management and clients while creating valuable working relationships at all levels
An understanding of e-billing, RPA, SAP scripting, Qlik Sense, Power BI and other automation and data management tools is desirable
