BOSCH is looking for a Head of Regional After Sales Service (Power Tools).
Your contribution to something big:
- Definition, implementation & alignment of Aftersales strategy in line with Professional tools Emerging Markets strategy
- Implementing new service offers and business models
- Developing of Aftersales activities, aligning with BE in country
- Management of external authorized Service Centre structure in the countries
- Full responsibility of sales, EBIT targets and P&L, c-budget management
- Leadership & target setting for hub team
- SP price management, cooperation with LOG for country/Hub
- Monitor, improve and review existing Service Network (BSCs and external service centers) while ensuring Bosch standards of Service and sufficient coverage
- Monitor monthly Aftersales KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive innovative service concepts
- Implement new digital tools
What distinguishes you:
- Master degree in (international) business or engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, After Sales Service
- Leadership experience not less than 3 years
- Experience in Industrial products market in country
- Fluent in English
- Readiness for up to 50% travel time
