Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition Extraordinaire:

  • Leading a motivated team of talented recruiters, empowering them to grow and explore
  • Spearheading the search for exceptional middle and top management personnel for expansive network
  • Masterminding regional recruitment strategies for office staff
  • Orchestrating mass recruitment operations for our bustling coffee shops in Russia: expertly collaborating with contractors, supervising group interviews, and strategically assigning candidates to cafes
  • Diving into the global talent pool by participating in staff selection for Cofix Global (Europe)
  • Seamlessly maintaining and organizing a comprehensive candidate database
  • Pioneering new and innovative sources for candidate attraction
  • Crafting compelling marketing campaigns to magnetize top talent
  • Designing engaging case studies for mass recruitment and group assessments
  • Analyzing and optimizing mass recruitment funnel calculations, forecasting vacancy closures with precision, and performing insightful analytics
  • Building strong partnerships with universities and career centers to draw in the brightest minds
  • Masterfully leveraging advertisements and social media postings to supercharge lead generation

HR Visionary:

  • Revitalizing the onboarding system and championing the "Buddy" project
  • Orchestrating internal HR communications
  • Cultivating a thriving employee experience through value proposition (EVP) systems: comprehensive engagement surveys, initial stage surveys, post-probationary period surveys, and annual assessments
  • Skillfully preparing and managing the departmental budget
  • Inspiring greatness in your team by overseeing performance, providing top-notch training, offering mentorship, gathering essential analytics, and fostering the growth of our recruitment dream team

 

Essentials:

  • Proven experience in retail or food service industries, with a strong emphasis on mass recruitment
  • English fluency at the B2 level or higher, enabling seamless communication in a diverse work environment
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize data for strategic decision-making
  • Genuine interest in working with Russia/CIS markets as well as expanding into European territories
  • A self-starter attitude, unafraid to innovate, experiment, and learn from failures in pursuit of success
  • A strong passion for employer branding, committed to promoting company as an employer of choice

 

Reporting:

  • This role reports to the Global Chief People Officer (CHRO)
